Golf Art is Underrated

Okay, hear me out—golf art is so much cooler than people give it credit for. It’s not just old paintings of men in knickers (though, honestly, those have their charm too). It’s storytelling. It’s history. It’s the way the game lives on beyond scorecards and Sunday rounds.

Every vintage poster, watercolor of a misty morning at St. Andrews, or sketch of the perfectly imperfect swing captures something real. A moment. A feeling. A piece of golf’s past that still matters today. Minimalist course maps? Love. A reminder of the beautifully simplistic landscape that a golf course offers.

If golf is already an art form, then golf art is just the natural extension of that.

Here are some of my favorite golf artists I think you should know about (spoiler: most are women!).
